Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • The product has not been washed, altered, damaged, or used.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

  • The product is returned in a resalable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product may be accepted at our discretion, provided the product meets our return conditions. Return shipping charges in such cases may be the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to obtain the necessary details for processing the refund.

Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product.
