If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply according to the courier company's policy.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and delivery details. We will coordinate with the courier company to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos/videos of the package and product.
